If you're going to buy a dress, why not buy a matching scrunchie or hair clip to finish off the outfit! The Scrunchies are Large 6cm width fabric (doubled over) which comfortably twists around a pony tail twice (approx 20cm elastic loop inside the fabric - fits loosely around an adult wrist)
 
The cute bows re fixes onto crocodile clips (which I've found is so much more secure than any other clip!).
